The new age of technology is continuously becoming the forefront of how we communicate. It can be easy to get lost in the disconnect that comes from communicating behind screens rather than in person. We are designed to be able to express ourselves through our faces, our voices, and our physical motions. Working and being a part of the new age of technology can contribute to the loss of our human essence, and can create a negative loop of disconnection and antagonism.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do we flourish?<\/b><\/p>\n

To be able to flourish in an online community, not only personal, but professional as well, it is important to keep kindness, compassion and empathy at the forefront of our minds. Taking extra opportunities to reflect in how we speak, engage and work with our customers allows a two-way street for them to reciprocate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Emotional awareness and critical thinking are just part of how we are able to continuously create a space for understanding and empathy with our customers but also ourselves as we try to work through various issues and situations within our company and our customers. To be able to truly understand and reflect upon how the only difference between most of us are our screens, we can further build a place for kindness and empathy that can change the experience for all. When we are able to not only create solutions, but create ones that we ourselves would want to be provided, we get to work with kindness that can inspire many.<\/span><\/p>\n

Start the process now to release the bad, and take in hope.<\/b><\/p>\n

It is definitely easy to take a different path that is focused around negative emotions and reactionary moments to a hard conversation or one that did not meet the expectations that may have been assumed or expected. In a world full of unpredictable events it’s imperative to keep in mind that something can truly be out of one’s control.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being able to recognize this in an ongoing world of chaos and disappointment at moments, can really change unpleasant situations to ones that possibly could be filled with hope instead. Instead of disappointment, we can take a moment to recognize the hard work people put into trying to fix issues or conflicts, or be able to make up for missed opportunities. A world of understanding, can be a great moment for customers and representatives alike to connect and process the higher goal.<\/span><\/p>\n

A few extra moments or extra key strokes can transition a world of harshness or negativity, into a great community full of empathy, kindness, emotional awareness and growth. We can take the extra moments to build a community that revolves around hope and then be able to put it out into the world in any situation, just as what we would want to receive.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
