-Teardown: Each engine is disassembled to the bare block, with each component scrutinized to meet strict OEM standards.
-Reclaimed 5 C’s: Only the Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Crankshaft, Connecting Rods, and Camshaft are cleaned, refurbished, and reclaimed.
-Everything else is brand new, including all valves, seals and lifters.
-Cleaning and Machining: Skilled technicians, along with state-of-the-art machinery, create the industry standard for cleaning and machining in engine remanufacturing.
-OEM Defects Resolved: Any known defects of the original parts are updated during the remanufacturing process.
-Testing: All Long Blocks are 100% spin tested prior to shipment. Testing procedures include verification of proper pumping, engine performance, oil pressure, and oil analysis.
