SHIP YOUR TEHCM
Once your trade-in is approved, pack your eligible 6L TEHCM securely in a box and ship it to ETE using the provided return instructions.
After ETE receives and verifies your TEHCM, 10,000 points will be added to your ETE REWARDS account within 5–10 business days.
What qualifies? Eligible 6L TEHCMs that meet ETE’s program requirements. TEHCMs must be received and verified by ETE before points are awarded.

Before you send it in, make sure your 6L TEHCM is eligible. A good core should meet ETE’s core-return requirements and be complete and suitable for inspection. Damaged, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible TEHCMs may not qualify for points.

ETE’s TEHCM Trade-In Program is available to eligible ETE REWARDS members and is limited to qualifying 6L TEHCMs. Contact your Customer Care Team for eligibility requirements, return instructions, and shipping details. Eligible TEHCMs must be securely packaged and received by ETE for inspection and verification. 10,000 ETE Rewards points will be awarded after an eligible TEHCM is received and verified, generally within 5–10 business days. 10,000 points may be redeemed for $100 off an eligible powertrain purchase on BuyETE; additional redemption options may be available through the ETE REWARDS program. There is no stated limit on the number of eligible TEHCMs a member may return, subject to program terms and eligibility requirements.
