Yahaira Rice joined ETE REMAN two years ago. With a background in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance, she has been a valuable asset to our leadership team. Yahaira started in ETE’s quality department where she documented processes ad helped drive continuous improvement. Yahaira has now risen to the challenge of leading ETE REMAN’s Torque Converter Division. With Yahaira at the helm, we know big things will be coming from that department!

We are excited to announce the addition of Anthony Hughes as our 2nd Shift Plant Manager. As ETE continues to grow, we have an increasing number of 2nd shift employees performing supporting functions to benefit primary shift efficiency. For 2023, we’ve created plans to increase the existing functions and add full unit production on selected high demand lines during 2nd shift. A strong leader is critical to this goal, and Anthony’s experience in health care, retail, food, and pet supply industries make him a well rounded leader. PLUS he’s bilingual!

Meet Alex Smith, the newest member of ETE REMAN’s Product Support team! Alex brings 8 years of experience working as a mechanic in transmission shops and working on his own personal vehicles. He spends his free time with his family, crafting, woodworking, and playing video games. Alex says “One thing I really enjoy about working at ETE is that nobody has to tell you that you’ll be treated like family. You instantly feel it. Everyone has been helpful and friendly from the very beginning.” Awww Alex, we feel the same way about you!
